You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Use the Pythagorean theorem,
H%5E2=A%5E2%2BB%5E2
60%5E2=48%5E2%2BB%5E2
B%5E2=3600-2304
B=sqrt%283600-2304%29

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
60^2=48^2+x^2, where x is the length of the other leg in inches
3600=2304+x^2
1296=x^2
x=sqrt(1296)=36 inches
This is a 3-4-5 right triangle with each side multiplied by a factor of 12.
