You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y+%2B+1%2F2=+-+%281%2F3%29+%28+x+%2B+1%2F2%29………multiply both sides by 6
6y+%2B+%281%2F2%29%2A6=+-+%281%2F3%29%2A6+%28+x+%2B+1%2F2%29%29………
6y+%2B++3+=+-+2+%28+x+%2B+1%2F2%29………
6y+%2B++3+=+-+2x+%2B+1………move -+2++x+%2B+1 left
6y++%2B++2++x++%2B+3+%2B+1+=+0………
6y++%2B++2++x++%2B+4+=+0………divide both sides by 2
3y++%2B++x++%2B+2+=+0………
Or
y+=+-+x%2F3++-+2%2F3+………

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y + 1/2= - 1/3 ( x + 1/2)
y + 1/2 = (-1/3)x - (1/6)
y = (-1/3)x -(1/6)-(3/6)
y = (-1/3)x - (2/3)
----------
Comment: You cannot "solve" this equation
as it has two variables.
