The formula for an, given n, a1 and d is

a%5Bn%5D%22%22=%22%22a%5B1%5D%2B%28n%5E%22%22-1%29d

So plug in 

n = 14, a1 = 17, and d = 6 like this:

a%5B14%5D%22%22=%22%22%2817%29%5E%22%22%2B%28%2814%29%5E%22%22-1%29%286%29

Then simplify.
