-3/x + 9/9x = -1
Question #2:
(2/x + 3/2x)/ (3/3x -3/4x)

-3/x+9/9x=-1 first you need to find a common denominator for the 2 fractions.
9x is the common denominator. thus;
(9*-3+9)/9x=-1
(-27+9)/9x=-1 now crosss multiply
-9x=-8
x=-18/-9
x=2 answer.
proof
-3/2+9/(9*2)=-1
-1.5+9/18=-1
-1.5+.5=-1
-1=-1
