This is a four sided figure, but it is not clear what kind.
If a square, the sides would be equal, and that can't be the case with x and 3x without their being 0.
If a rectangle the width could be x and the length 3x with the other side 2x+8 and 22 respectively
x =2x+8, but then -x=8, so that doesn't work.
An isosceles trapezoid could be possible with the top x and the bottom 2x+8 and the sides 3x and 22
then 3x=22 and x=(22/3)
CD would then be (44/3)+8=68/3.
