You can put this solution on YOUR website! Let x be the number of $1 bills.
 
 Since the number of $5 bills is 2 more than the number of $1 bills, the number of $5 bills is x+2.
 
 The total number of $1 and $5 bills is now
 
  and, since the total number of bills is 35, the number of $10 bills is
 
  
 Now you have expressions in terms of a single variable x for the numbers of $1, $5, and $10 bills.  Use those expressions to write an expression for the total value of all the bills -- $1 for each of the $1 bills, $5 for each of the $5 bills, and $10 for each of the $10 bills.
