this is slope-inteceptform:
y=2x%2B3 and y=%281%2F2%29x%2B3%2F4
if you want standard form, just move all terms to the left:
y=2x%2B3.........move 2x and 3 to the left so on right side will remain 0
-+2x+%2B+y+-+3+=+0
and y=%281%2F2%29x%2B3%2F4...do same with this expression
-%281%2F2%29x+%2B+y+-+3%2F4+=+0
