They are saying the sin function is negative,
so the angle has to be in either the 3rd or 4th
quadrant
The cos is also negative ( +-3%2F5+ ), which puts
the angle in the 3rd quadrant

triangle,
+tan%28+theta+%29+=+%28-4%29+%2F+%28-3%29+
+tan%28+theta+%29+=+4%2F3+
