4200/6=700 km per hour with tailwind
4200/7=600 km per hour with headwind
s+w=700, where s is speed of plane in still air and w is the wind speed
s-w=600
2s=1300
s=650 km/hr
w=50 km.hr

Windspeed is the difference between airspeed and groundspeed.
