If you have the matrix A=%28matrix%282%2C2%2Ca%2Cb%2Cc%2Cd%29%29 and B=%28matrix%282%2C1%2Cd%2Ce%29%29

Then when you multiply A and B, you get





So in this problem, they multiplied the two matrices to get the answer
