Now she pays sales tax
+14.25+-+.03%2A14.25+=+14.25+-+.43+

We'll use the multiplier 0.75 to represent this.

Then she pays 3% sales tax
This leads to the multiplier 1.03

So, 0.75*1.03*19 = 14.6775 = 14.68
