%28%283m+-2%29%283m%2B2%29%29%2F23...to solve it we need to make it equal to zero

%28%283m+-2%29%283m%2B2%29%29%2F23=0 ...since denominator 23%3C%3E0, than %28%283m+-2%29%283m%2B2%29%29 must be equal to zero

%283m+-2%29%283m%2B2%29=0

if 3m+-2=0->m=2%2F3
if 3m+%2B2=0->m=-2%2F3
