I can say the sides are:

and you are given that +2x+=+6+ cm
+2x+=+6+
+x+=+3+
So, the sides are:
+2x+=+6+
+3x+=+9+
+4x+=+12+
and
+2x+%2B+3x+%2B+4x+=+6+%2B+9+%2B+12+

The perimeter is 27 cm
