Graph the boundary line,y=1, as a dashed line:
Two ways to do this:
1st: you want the y values to "GREATER THAN", so the half-plane
solution is ABOVE the boundary line.

2nd: You could pick a test point like (0,0)
Test it in the Inequality to see if the solution is on the same side
of the line as (0.0):
Test: 0>1
That is false, so the solution half-plane is on the "other"
side of the boundary line from the point (0,0).
