1st bag have total 6 balls than probability for white =4/6 or 2/3 and for black 2/6 or 1/3
2nd bag have total 8 balls than probability for white =3/8 and for black 5/8
1) both are white = 2x3/3x8=2/8=1/4
2) both are black =1x5/3x8=5/24
3)one white and one black =2x5/3x8+1x3/3x8=10/24+3/24=13/24
