x=sqrt%28y-4%29-2 ....solve for+y
x%2B2=sqrt%28y-4%29+......square both sides
%28x%2B2%29%5E2=%28sqrt%28y-4%29+%29%5E2
%28x%2B2%29%5E2=y-4
y=%28x%2B2%29%5E2%2B4
f%5E-1%28x%29=%28x%2B2%29%5E2%2B4

b. the domain and range of
y=sqrt%28x-4%29-2
D:{ x element R : x%3E=4 }
R:{ y element R : y%3E=-2 }
C.The domain and range of f%5E-1%28x%29=%28x%2B2%29%5E2%2B4
