You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A = P(RR) without replacement = (3/12)*(2/11) = 6/132 = 2/44 = 1/22
B = P(RR) with replacement = (3/12)*(3/12) = 9/144 = 3/48 = 1/16
So B/A = (1/16)/(1/22) = +highlight%281.375%29+
