You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Multiply both sides by a common denominator. How about 150?
%284%2F5%29x%2B%287%2F10%29=%2813%2F15%29x-%283%2F5%29
120x%2B105=130x-90
How about now, can you solve it?

%284%2F5%29x+%2B+%287%2F10%29+=+%2813%2F15%29x+-+3%2F5
6(4x) + 3(7) = 2(13)x - 6(3) ------- Multiplying by LCD, 30
24x + 21 = 26x - 18
24x - 26x = - 18 - 21
- 2x = - 39
