You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
The rate of work of a team of 10 men is 1%2F15 of the job per day.

The rate of work of a team of 15 women is 1%2F12 of the job per day.

The combined rate of work of these two teams working together is 1%2F15+%2B+1%2F12 = 4%2F60+%2B+5%2F60 = 9%2F60 = 3%2F20 of the job per day.

It means that the two teams will complete the job in 20%2F3 = 62%2F3 days working together.

Solved.
