You are given

A = 1.2*C,

B = 1.5*C,

where A is the first, B is the second and C is the third number.


Then A%2FB = %281.2%2AC%29%2F%281.5%2AC%29 = 1.2%2F1.5 = 0.8.

Answer. A is 80% of B.
