The method is to write each fraction (each, every and all fractions) with the common denominator, which is 15.
For it
1) multiply the numerator and denominator in the first fraction by 5.
Since you multiply both the numerator and denominator, the fraction will not change its value !
2) multiply the numerator and denominator in the second fraction by 3.
Since you multiply both the numerator and denominator, the fraction will not change its value !
3) Keep the last fraction unchanged !
You will get
= = = = = .
