If you mean C%5E2+=+81; find C
find the square root of both sides
sqrt%28C%5E2%29 = sqrt%2881%29
C = 9

No-one can help you if you don't ask a QUESTION! The only question you have here begins with: "Can't you.......", and actually should be, "Can you......." 

Also, C2 - 81 makes NO SENSE. Get it together, do the right thing, and you may get the help you need!
