Let k be the smaller of the two integers. So k+2 is the next even integers. so
k%28k%2B2%29=168
k%5E2%2Bk-168=0
%28k%2B14%29%28k-12%29=0
So, k is either 12 or -14. By convention, even numbers are positive. So they two integers you are looking for are 12 and 14.
