Not clear what is to be done except probably test the hypothesis at the 0.05 level, which is a right-tailed test here.
critical value is |z|>1.645
z=(75.1-72)/6/sqrt(16)=3.1*4/6=12.4/6=2.07
because z>1.645, the conclusion may be drawn that the population mean is greater than 72.
