x=%282n%5E2+%2B+3n%29+%2F+%285n%5E2%29
Simplify, it will be apparent to you
Factor out n in the numerator
x=n%282n+%2B+3%29+%2F+%285n%5E2%29
Cancel n
x=%282n+%2B+3%29+%2F+%285n%29
You can see that n increase 5 times in the denominator, in the numerator it only increases 2 times, so x will be decreasing
