Question 1082715: this is the question i need answered:
-The isosceles trapezoid is part of an isosceles triangle with a 40" degree vertex angle. What is the measure of an acute base angle of the trapezoid? What is the measure of an obtuse base angle? The diagram is not to scale.
(then it shows a triangle with a midsegment and thats all. Thank you )

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
1. I believe that 40'' degrees is 40°.

2. With it, the answer is %28180-40%29%2F2 = 70°.

3. Next time write "Please help me solve this problem . . . " instead of "this is the question i need answered:"

It is (it would be) much better. It is how educated people do.
