tan 4 theta=0; tangent is 0 at 0, pi, and 2 pi
at 0 radians, at pi/4 radians and pi/2 radians

tan theta=1 at pi/4 and 5 pi/4; Therefore, theta has to be pi/16 and 5 pi/16
