The dimensions outside the part are 17*10 meters
The area inside the path = 17*10 = 170 sq meters
Area of the path = 170 - 15*6 = 80 sq meters.

If you mean the path:
Vol = area*height = 80*0.1 = 8 cubic meters.
$165*8 = $1320
