Has to be in second quadrant or fourth quadrant where sin or cos but not both is negative.
It will be where |sin| > |cos| and that is (in the first quadrant) found by arc tan (2)=63.43 deg
Then it would be at 180-63.43=116.57 deg and 296.57 deg, the reciprocal.
