You can put this solution on YOUR website! Since you don't say, I assume that 2 red next to each other is a possible arrangement. Or 2 black, or 3 white. In my view, hese are ALL the possible arrangements: 19!/(2!*2!*3!*2!) =  2,534,272,925,184,000
