You can put this solution on YOUR website!
h = price of one hot dog
c = price of one bag of potato chips

2h + 3c = 7 (eqn 1)
4h + 5c = 13 (eqn 2)

Multiply equation (1) by 5 and equation (2) by -3.

10h + 15c = 35
-12h - 15c = -39

Add to get -2h = -4, so h = 2 and c = 1.

A hot dog costs $2 and a bag of chips costs $1.
