You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve. –3(x + 6) + 6x = 7x – 10
-3x-18 + 6x = 7x - 10
3x-18 = 7x-10
4x = -8
x = -2

You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve. –3(x + 6) + 6x = 7x – 10
-3(x + 6) + 6x = 7x - 10
-3x - 18 + 6x = 7x - 10
3x - 18 = 7x - 10
+ 18 + 18
3x = 7x + 8
-7x -7x
(-4x) / (-4) = (8) / (-4)
x = -2
Check
-3(-2 + 6) + 6(-2) = 7(-2) - 10
6 - 18 - 12 = -14 - 10
-12 - 12= -14 - 10
-24 = -24
