You can put this solution on YOUR website!
if we are testing the claim of a fast food place that they serve their customers in less than 3 minutes, then how will the null and the alternative hypothesis be written for this hypothesis testing scenario and will it be a one tailed or a two tailed test?
-----
Ho: u >= 3
Ha: u < 3 (claim)
----------------------
Comment:: Ha ALWAYS determined the type of test.
Since Ha states u < 3 you have a left-tail test.

Stan H.
