The circumference of a circle is given by 2πr, where r is the radius, and 2r=diameter. So, the total amount of fencing needed is 13.5π, or 42.41 ft. ☺☺☺☺

You just need to look up the FORMULA for the circumference of a circle. If you did, you would've easily been able to calculate the circumference.

When you do look it up, you'll see that it's: highlight_green%28pi%2AD%29, with D being the diameter.
