You can put this solution on YOUR website! Let n be what the second person gets. Then the first person gets 3/5 of n. So:
n + 3n/5=1
5n+3n=5
n=5/8
So the 2nd person gets 5/8 of 600 sqm, or 375 sqm. And the 1st person gets 3/5 of 5/8, or 3/8 of 600 mē, or 225 mē. ☺☺☺☺
