Let w be the width of the picture. Then its length would be 4w/3. So:
w*4w/3=192
4w²/3=192
w²=3/4 * 192=144
w=+/- 12 in.
If the width is 12 in., then the length is 16 in. So your picture is 12x16 ins. ☺☺☺☺
