Area of a triangle = 1/2 base * height
Height = 12
12 * 0.5(base) = 96
Divide each side by 12
0.5 (base) = 8
Multiply each side by 2
base = 16 for the minimum

Now do it for the maximum
12 * 0.5(base) = 108
Divide each side by 12
0.5 (base) = 9
base = 18 for the maximum
