You can  put this solution on YOUR website! .96 have a tv set, and .98 have phone service. So .96+.98=1.94.  And .95 have both, so 1.94-0.95=.99 have either a tv set, phone service, or both. That leaves 0.01, or 1% that has neither. ☺☺☺☺
