You can put this solution on YOUR website! Passing the exam at the first attempt, the probability is 0.75. Assuming all who fail the first time (.25) try again, we get .6 x 0.25=.15. So, 0.75+0.15, or .90 of the people who try eventually succeed--leaving 0.1, or 10% of all learners fail to obtain a license. ☺☺☺☺
