You're looking for the complement that is the probability of not selecting the one rupee coin,
P=1-3%2F10
P=7%2F10
You could have also looked for the probability of pulling a 2 or 5 rupee coin,

P=25%2F50%2B10%2F50
P=35%2F50
P=7%2F10
