Ok to graph this problem you need to know two thing what your y-intercept is and what your slope is
your y-intercept is 2 and your slope is -1/3
ok now when you graph this you place a pt. at (0,2) to graph your y-int. and then you should go up 1 and left 3 to place a pt. at (3,-3) then you should go back to (0,2) and go down 1 and right 3 to place a pt. at (1,3) then connect your pts. with a straight line and then thats it.
