-99+%3E=+9x Divide both sides by 9.
-11+%3E=+x or x+%3C=+-11

9x-99 is more than or equal to 18x
Try bringing all the terms containing X to one side and take the remaining terms to the other side
So that will give us
9x-18x is more than or equal to 99
-9x is more than or equal to 99
Dividing by 9 throughout
-x is more than or equal to 11
Multiplying by -ve sign throughout
x is less than or equal to -11
