x + x + (x+7) = 73.
Solve for x:
3x + 7 = 73 ---> 3x = 73 - 7 = 66 ---> x = 66%2F3 = 22.

One side is 22 inches long, second side has the same length, the third side is of 22+7 = 29 inches long.
