You can put this solution on YOUR website! most places give you a set number of weeks for every number of years that you are there. 
 for example:
 
 after 1 year, you would be entitled to 1 week a year.
 after 5 years, you would be entitled to 2 weeks a year.
 after 10 years you would be entitled to 3 weeks a year.
 etc.
 
 this is just an example.
 it's entirely up to the discretion of your employer.
 
 if what you are saying is that your employer entitles you to a day and a half vacation for every month that you are there, then:
 
 in 1 year, you have worked 12 months and would be entitled to 12 * 1.5 = 18 days of vacation.
 
 this assumes that you are allowed to carry over unused vacation time from month to month.
 
 usually there is a maximum amount that you can carry over.
 
 this forces you to take your vacation, rather than storing it up for future use.
