You can put this solution on YOUR website! For the oldest man but not the oldest women, one is chosen, and if a man, there are 10 left, since the woman can't be chosen. It is 10 choose 7, because one has already been chosen.
10C7=720/6=120.
Now do it with the oldest woman but not the oldest man, and again there are 10 left, and now choose 7.
There are another 120 committees, this time with the oldest woman.
The sum is 240 committees.
