x-4y=-32 ...........this one multiply by 2
2x%2B3y=9
you will have:

2x+-+8y+=+-64 ...........subtract second one from the first equation
-
2x%2B3y=9
then, you will have:
-8y+-+3y+=+-64+-+9.......both sides multiply by -1
8y+%2B+3y+=+64+%2B+9
11y+=+73
y+=+73%2F11
y+=+6.64
now, find x; plug y in one of equations above.
x+-+4%2A6.64+=+-32 .....move -4%2A6.64 to the right
x+=+-+32+%2B+4%2A6.64
x+=+-32+%2B+25.6
x+=+-6.4
check:
x+-+4y+=+-32 ..........
-6.4+-+4%2A6.64+=+-32
-6.4+-+25.6+=+-32
-32+=+-32
