=225cm²
=2.25m²
area of floor=(12*9)m²
=108m²
let n be the number of tiles to cover a floor of area 108m²
2.25*n =108m²
n=108%2F2.25
=48 tiles

900%2F15 = 60 tiles along the shortest side.

In all, 80 * 60 = 4800 tiles.

The total cost is 7*4800 = rs 33600.
