You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let the amount of sales be x
The agent earns 1500+0.04(4percent)*x=5000
1500+0.04x=5000
0.04x=5000-1500
0.04X=3500
x=3500/0.04
x=87500
The agent needs to sell $87500 worth of homes
