I think you're looking for angle A (the angle between sides b and c),
sin%28A%29%2F4.24=sin%28116.57%29%2F9.06
sin%28A%29=%284.24%2F9.06%29sin%28116.57%29
sin%28A%29=0.4184
A=24.74
You can then find C since,
A%2BB%2BC=180
24.74%2B116.57%2BC=180
C=38.69
You can then use the law of sines again to find c.
