7:11 is ratio. In terms of multiples of x they are 7x:11x
add them and the sum is 18x
Complementary angles add to 90
18*5=90, so it is the ratio of 7:11 multiplied by 5. That will be the angles, and they will add to 90
35:55

55 degrees

The ratio of the measures of two complementary angles is 7 to 11.
Write and solve an equation to find the measure of each angle.
Let multiplicative factor be x
Then smaller and larger angles = 7x and 11x, respectively
Equation you want: highlight_green%28matrix%281%2C5%2C+7x%2C+%22%2B%22%2C+11x%2C+%22=%22%2C+90%29%29
Solve to find x, and then use that value to determine the smaller and larger angles.
